Guys i need some help with my ram plzz

Iput in my ram and it says i only have 3gb of it but i have installed 10gb. it says my pysical memory is 10240mb but 3gb is only being used and it doesnt show on the system info tht there is 10gb. help plzzzz

you have a 32bit operating system. There are ways to use more ram than the 3.25GB limit of 32 bit Windows (ramdrive), but its vastly more efficient to just use a 64bit OS.
