Graphics card upgrade

Hi I'm looking for a graphics card in the 50-70 dollar range to replace my 9500gt. I have a 400 watt psu and my monitor is

(1440x900) max resolution and i want to play newer games at medium to high settings.

I need a PCI Express 2.0 card

This card is the best in its price range. There are two versions, this one with ddr3 memory and the other one is gddr5 memory, not much of a difference at your resolution I think.

The HD 4850 you linked from Tigerdirect would be the fastest of that group. At your resolution the 512 MB of VRAM won't be an issue.
