change default icon

when i bookmark a web page It has the standard boring
windows "E" explorer icon. Does anybody know how to
change this default icon to another 1 on my comp? i use
xp home

Right-click the Internet Shortcut and choose Properties
From the Web document tab, choose 'Change Icon' and browse.
Locate the icon file which you want to use.
Or, use any of the icons available in the shell32.dll file (located in
%Systemroot%\System32).
