No Graphics Card Detected

I just completed my build and installed all drivers for my EVGA 560 ti. When I go to my display settings and under Nvidia Control Panel is says "An Nvidia graphics card was not detected on your system." I'm a noob but I have my HDMI plugged into the card and I get a display. Please help.

Lol, I'm not so bright. I had to restart after installing some Windows updates. All is working now.
