Should I get another gtx560 ti hawk oc? Or is there bottleneck somewhere?

i5 2500k @ 4.5ghz (llc4 vcore 1.38v)
corsair h100 cpu liquid cooler
gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 motherboard
gtx560 ti hawk oc twin frozr 3
8gb corsair vengeance low profile ram
2x 60gb ocz agility 3 ssd in raid0
2tb caviar green storage hdd
ocz zt 750w modular psu
LG supermulti bluray drive
corsair obsidian 650d case

Solution
i5-2500k certainly wont bottleneck SLI 560Ti's
8GB RAM is plenty for any non-server system
750w PSU is enough for SLI 560Ti's

So id say your good to go. :)

Let me know if you hear any grinding noise from the pump from that Corsair H100. Mine was quiet at first couple days but then the pump got really loud with a constant rattling/grinding noise.... I think im gonna have to return and get a different one.

I turned up my H100 to the max and I don't hear any grinding. I have had it for about a month now and have been switching between low/high alot.

Just do it. Your gaming performance will be transformed beyond recognition.

I run an 560Ti SLI on an i7 920 @4GHz, and 6GB RAM. This is a less powerful system than you have and CPU is never a bottleneck on mine.
