Advice on mobo - AMD FX-4100 build

Thinking about trying out a AMD gaming build with a FX-4100. Please don't suggest Intel I have this sitting next to me for sale: http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=20902947 I have a few cases sitting here so won't need one of those. Have been building with 3&4 core phenoms w/various budget AM3 boards or i5-2500k w/various P67/Z68 boards lately and think its time to see how a decent bulldozer build performs for myself. Leaning towards the ASRock 970 EXTREME4 a bit because I do also have a pair of GTX 460's on hand in case I get someone who prefers nvidia. Looking to keep it under $750 before rebates without a case. Would love some advice on a AM3+ mobo I haven't used any yet and open to any other suggestions to cut cost.

ASRock 970 EXTREME4 is the budget SLI/ crossfire choice . The restriction of the pci-e slots to 8x/8x makes no discernable difference to sandy bridge so it wont affect FX either

I am currently going with the gigabyte ga 970a for $115, but I have been advised to go the 970 Extreme4 route several times and am thinking of swithcing to it. If you are looking for a best bang for your buck board it; it looks like you'd be hard pressed to find a better am3+ one.

Oh snap just got a email from Microcenter - FX-4100 for $105 plus $50 off select AM3+ mobos, think I will make the 2 hr drive for that deal(will crunch some numbers with gas/tax and figure out what mobos they have in the morning getting sleepy now)

I would change the GPU brand to a HIS or Sapphire type
