RAM compatibility help

Hi! can i use this RAM (corsair vengeance CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9) on my ASUS P9X79 Pro MObo?

its a 2x8gb 1600mhz cl9 ram, im in a dilema coz i cant find that product code on asus memory qvl

if u guys could confirm, that would be much appreciated coz right now my local vendor is giving me a good deal on that ram until next tuesday

The RAM doesn't have to be in the QVL list to work, it will work fine. Just set the proper timings and voltage according to your RAM specs.
