Upgrading to 4gb ram!! Help Needed!!

Hello Guys!! I am planning to upgrade my RAM from 2gb DDR2 to 4gbDDR2!!! But i donno how to determine which RAM suits my MOBO!!!

My MOBO is GIGABYTE M68M-S2P and it supports Dual channel DDR2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128424R

This my current RAM Specs

Size 2048 MBytes
Channels # Single
DRAM Frequency 401.9 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL) 6 clocks

And Last thing!!!! Should i buy a whole new 4gb RAM or Should i just add another 2gb RAM to my MOBO???

just search for a 2gb DDR2-800 CL6... and also look in your pc and see what vendor is it (kingston, corsair... just examples)

Get the entire 4 GB kit and not just another 2gB card. This way you can be sure that you won't face any problems.
Your motherboard supports DDR2 but it will be better if you just checked your motherboard ram support list before buying.

Yes, try and add the same manufacturer's memory with exactly the same specs. If you can't find it, you will need to buy two new sticks (a dual channel pair) of DDR2 800. I would go with the later as it will avoid any compatibility problems.

My current BIOS version is 5.61.32.31.05!!!!

go to www.crucial.com click on the system scanner they will tell you what kind it takes and give you purchase suggestions. Of course, you can also buy elsewhere.
