Would this be a good upgrade for a year or 2?

I have a £200 budget and i will probably upgrade up to a NvidiaGTX560 next year when the price has gone down abit and ill have some cash.

The only games i have at the moment is; Killing floor, Team fortress 2, Portal 1. But i will be getting BF3 asap and maybe Skyrim.

And i play on a Full HD 21" Tv/Monitor.

I for got to mention, will be doing some video rendering on Sony Vegas Pro 9 and some gaming. When i get a more powerful graphics card i will be selling my console and playing all my games on pc :lol:
