78LMT-S2P Can\'t post/no beeps/restart loop

I have built as system using the 78LMT-SP2(rev 5) MoBo. I used the AMD x3 450 CPU With a single Kingston 4gb memory stick. Everything except the power supply is new. I have a Good monitor, a good keyboard. Power supply is 450w. I have the monitor plugged into the onboard video. The computer runs for about a half second, fans and lights flicker then the unit goes dead. Turn off the power supply and Wait for about 30 seconds turn the power supply back on and hit the switch. Same thing happens.

What is the problem, What can I do about it??

Try resetting the bios by removing the CMOS battery for about 10-20 mins.

also check your single memory on different slot.
