Which cpu should i choose?

my max budget is 150$ and im looking at amd athlon II x4 645 but i dont know is this the best cpu what i can also buying gtx 550ti (oc).

my pc specs now:
gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2
amd athlon II x2 245e
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
gt 240
500w psu
15.tb wd green caviar

Phenom II 965 is within your budget and the fastest processors compatible with that motherboard too.

phenom II 965 in my country costs at least 180$ and its too expensive for me

When you used the $ symbol I assumed it was US currency, my bad.

Are there any Phenom II chips in your price range in your country? They are better than Athlon II if you can afford one, but that Athlon II X4 645 is still a good processor.

ok, i decided that i will save some money and buy a new motherboard and a better processor at the end of the summer, but now its phenom II x6 1100t vs fx-8120?
the fx 8120 is a bit cheaper for which of these processors is better for gaming?

Phenom II X6 is better for gaming compared to the FX 8120 as it has better single threaded performance and can get more work done per clock cycle. Do keep in mind that no games use more than 4 cores, so getting a 6 or 8 core CPU will not benefit gaming performance in any way.
