Best low profile graphics card with 240 watt psu

I have a Gateway SX slim desktop and was wondering what is the BEST graphics card that can fit into the thing. Also i only have 240 watts for a psu

get a power meter plug your computer into it and see what your pc is using now, while busy.
and those power supplies are often replaceable if you want a decent video card.

Depends on your needs really...
Gaming, Photoshop, or just basic web designing.
AMD graphic cards are generally less power consuming than Nvidia.

In my opinion you should upgrade your psu to atleast 500 watts.
You should go for Direct X 11 as its newer technology.
Nvidia cards 200 series and below are direct x 10
AMD cards 4000 series and below are direct x 10.

I've got a Gateway SX2801 model and they are basically similar in the profile they can accept. I moved form failing NVIDA 9600 to a much better quiet Sapphire Radeon HD 6570 with 2 GB DDR3 PCIE.
