Hello,
I am having problems with a large plus sign appearing in place of my mouse pointer which does not allow me to click on anything on that website. I can close the window but that is all. It appears after a few minutes or a few seconds on the website. It's getting more often. I have to close out of the website and reenter. HELP!

Have you messed with (experimented with) accessibility items lately? They make changes, even if you back out and don't click "apply" or Ok. To get back to normal, open display properties in control panel and select a saved theme or a default theme and re-adjust it as you like.

You should also look at the scheme in mouse properties.

Start>Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers>Scheme

The default windows scheme is "Windows default (system scheme)"
