Bent Pins?

I just bought a new motherboard among other things and my computer hasn't been POSTing neither has anything been appearing on the monitor. I inspected the cpu socket and realized that 1-2 pins may be bent. Any know of any suggestions/tutorials on fixing such an issue?

Try to straighten the pins and replugging the socket. Just remember that you do not bend more pins in the process.
