Good build you are missing a couple of things but that nothing that I cant help you out with.

You need a CPU cooler if you plan to OC: Hyper 212+ or Hyper 212 EVO are good options to go with if you plan to OC lightly

ROM: any $20 CD/DVD drive will do or you can get a blu-ray player

When you decide to get the HDD, I would advise you to get the Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM

750W PSU will be able to handle CF down the road and OCing with enough headroom left over.

I would also choose a lower profile RAM so that it doesnt get in the way of the CPU cooler (known to happen with the Hyper 212's).

ZALMAN CNPS10X Extreme 120mm CPU Cooler with Worlds first PWM Fan Speed Controller $79.99

Looks like a good build and you should be pretty happy with it and you will like the SSD , I have several of the 180gb version and they are great. Don't forget to enable AHCI before you install the OS.

Love the look of the led in the cooler but 80 seems little steep for it.

The case is all about what you like. My current favorite is the HAF X Blue Edition it has everything I need from USB3, eSATA, Blue LEDs, and maximum air flow!
