750w for gtx 570 sli?

I currently have Ultra LSP 750 W power supply, with 12V @ 68A (if this matters..)
My CPU is 2500k oc'd to 4.5ghz @ 1.3V

Minimal fans (cooling is sufficiant though), and just one HDD and one optical drive

I was wondering if this rig is good for SLI 2x GTX 570!

Thanks

Where did you get 12V @ 68A from?

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 570 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 550 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 38 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 570 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 800 Watt or greater power supply that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 56 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Continuous Amperage Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important factor.

The Ultra LSP750 750-Watt (ULT-LSP750), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 45 Amps and with two 6-pin and one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 570.

It is insufficient to power your system with two GeForce GTX 570 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode.
