1. This goes into the New Build forum.

2. 2500K is as best as it gets for gaming.
Why a P67? A ASUS P8Z68 PRO/GEN 3 would do you better.
Guessing that RAM is 16GB, you only need at least 4GB, 8GB recommended.
The Keplar series and the 7800 series are coming out very soon. You might want to wait for those.
WD Green 1TB drives are cheaper than the Spinpoint, you might want to check out those.
Why not the CM Hyper 212 Evo?

They are both exactly the same, the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 is what you're talking about ,right?
He probably wants future upgrades and maximum efficiency, since PSUs run at the maximum efficiency level from 40% to 75%- more efficiency = less heat

Did you actually read the article I linked? An i52500K and a HD6870 only used 271W at full load while running Prime95/Furmark...full load, sweet spot efficiency would require no more than a 500-550W PSU. This THG article showed load total system power consumption with an HD6970 that was around 320W...full load efficiency requires no more than a 640W PSU and can be achieved with a 500-550W PSU in the upper range of the sweet spot.

Extra peripherals add up to the power quickly.
