It is, but not too much. The Fermi (GF100 or something) is actually pretty well optimized, and allows for awesome overclocking capability without sacrificing too much in the power department. You can OC the graphics card, CPU, RAM and whatever else you want to with that PSU, it's powerful enough! :)
