New build windows 7 loading problems

hi guys, help needed here ... my new build started up and runs ok suprisingly!!! and will begin loading w7 after 30 mins gets to the will restart in 10 secs. and then goes back to the original loading files page on restart .......it just seems stuck in this endless loop of loading files and restarting then beginning all over ...Doh!!! read lots of forums but no one else seems to have had this problem please help at witsend!!!!!!!!!

make sure u have boot order in bios:
1st DVD rom
2nd HDD/SSD

after it reboots- Do NOT press any key to boot from cd

just remove your win and install a fresh one

hi thanx for reply ......yep order of bios is as you say , and have not touched any keys and it still boots into the new install from square one taking about 30mins till it reboots and it the cycle starts over again . have taken out the DVD on reboot hoping it will boot from hdd but get error message press cntrl/alt/del I was hopeful that my new build was going to run without any hitches after it all fired straight up !!,,,,,,, all I have to do now is load W7 I thought ................ hah!!! any more ideas appreciated cheers for now jeff
