I changed the graphics settings to LVDS in the Bios and now the screen is blank

I have changed, in the BIOS, the graphics setting to the LVDS setting. The screen wnet blank and now I am unable to access the bios or anything else. Does anyone know how to access the Bios again in order to change it back?
I have tried hittting the F2 key with no luck. I have removed the CMOS battery and plugged it back in hoping the BIOS would revert to the defaults. No luck. Any other suggestions?

There should be a jumper block on the board to reset the BIOS to factory. Your manual should point it out. Move the jumper from where it is to the adjacent pins, wait a few seconds, move it back.
