Cpu fault

hello,
in my pc i have connected the hard disk in ide cable, then when i am connecting my cd drive in ide cable, then it restart, but when i connect cd with sata cable it start normally, then when i disconnect the cd drive from mother board , it also restart. what is problem, please solve this.

Those cables are not to be plugged out and reconnected with the computer running! Operator error! IDE and SATA on the same CD drive?
