Just want to thank the ppl here for helping me out, my build took about 3-4 hours and I got windows 7 up and running last night. My GPU hasnt come yet actually but I will install that next week.

Can't believe it turned on I was honestly expecting it not to work heh.
I was also worried the whole time because of how hard I had to push the cpu lever down.

Specs

CASE - cooler master haf 922
CPU - Intel i52500k
MOBO - ASROCK extreme3 gen3
RAM- Gskill DDR3 2x4
PSU - ANTEC NEO 520 Watts
HDD- Seagate barracuda 500gig
Monitor- asus 23" LED
GPU- Sapphire Radeon HD6870

Did a built last nite too for on of my son's buds.....
,
Antec DF-85 w/ CP-850, Asus P8Z68 Pro w/ 2500k, Asus 560 Cu TOP (900), Asus 120Mhz monitor, Samsung F3 1TB, Asus BR / DvD, 8GB Cosair LP Vengeance.

UPS arrived just 65 minutes before he had to leave for work, but we knocked it off just before he had to leave. Sleeving the case front cables was prolly a step we shuda skipped....and maybe the 5 partitions given the time constraints. I'd say routing the cables and applying the plastic ties took the most time. I had to install the MoBo / GFX drivers and OC utilities and do BIOS upgrade after he left, and then spent 2 hours running OC tests on the CPU (1st try at 4.6 Ghz) / GPU (1st try at 980Mhz).

Would have liked to had time to try for 4.8 GHz and 1020 Mhz but the kid wanted to take new toy home and get some gaming time in. But yes, when ya in a rush like that, it seems that that's always the time when something stoopid goes wrong. But it fired up 1st time and we wuz most happy and joyful.

Which reminds me, had the HD on SATA 5 and DvD on SATA 3 ... wanted to switch those......

As of now Im not planning on over locking but I may in the near future once I upgrade my CPU cooler. My temps are usually in the low 30s/high 20s I believe.
