So, here i got a 6950, but i think the FPS are too low for this card ( Crysis 1 at 30-35FPS~ and crysis2 37~42FPS )

Here is my spec :

HD6950 XFX
Phenom II X4 955 Stock speed
4GB DDR2 Ram @800Mhz Patriot
Power Supply Thermaltake 700W
M4A78Plus Asus Motherboard
500GB Western-Digital Caviar Blue
Windows 7 64-Bit Edition

What do you guys think?

Overclocking your CPU will help, but not by much. Performance like that is expected with a 6950. Crysis and Crysis 2 are more GPU limited. At Ultra, DX11, 1080p, you need to run a dual GPU setup to constantly get 60FPS.

You can read on Overclocking section on this forums to learn how to OC.
Basically, stock cooler is good enough for OCed CPU (not much), if you want to push your CPU more further then you can try aftermarket cooler like Cooler Master Hyper 212+.

The most important is CHECK your CPU TEMPS, make sure it doesn't overheat...

You didn't mention resolution or the settings used.

If you are talking 1080p or better, with everything maxed and high AA levels, that is normal, you can't expect much more.
