FINAL COMMENTS - Any other suggestions are welcome. let me know how this looks. Also if anyone can explain how you can make sure if a blu ray drive comes with software. i know will just blatantly say it comes with it. Some say that OEM drives come without software but i see reviews where OEM drives do come with software. Thanks again for the responses.

Are you sure you don't want to overclock? It is much easier than long ago, and you can get 4.0 without much effort. It is ten bones more and can make your system last longer. Up to you though.
Anyways, for crossfire in the future, I would go with a 750w PSU. Your brand and line that you chose is good though. Look at jonnyguru.com and hardwaresecrets.com for good PSU reviews.
For your HDD, that is fine, but I would get a Samsung F3. Honestly though, right now it is whatever works and is the cheapest because of flooding in thailand.
On your case, that is mainly personal preference and looks good.
If definitely not OC'ing and not getting a k proc, than the H67 chipset is cheaper most of the time. That is a good motherboard though.
What software are you looking for on the Blu-Ray? OEM just comes in a plain box without anything usually.
Your monitor is good for the price range.
I would pay more on the GPU up to a 6870/6950 if you can. That would last longer if you don't want to upgrade soon.
Oh and to the SSD statement, don't at this budget. People say they are wonderful, but you can't miss it if you don't have it. They are too expensive for this budget right now. Good build.
