I can´t belive lumion installed at all in that system. You are WAY under the requirements

Lumion 3d REQUIERES a minimun of 8800GTX (the version with one meg of ram) or better.

On that program to be realistic your need a fire GL (Fire GL v3600 does not work for the little ram)

Yeah unfortunately you are right, i installed the program succesfuly, but it shuts down before i can even use it, thanks for the answer, do you know if i can upgrade the computer for the program to run? do i buy another card online and install it or do you think i would have to replace the computer alltogether? and if so what would you recommend?

I am studying architecture, so i need a lot of 3d and rendering programs, revit, autocad, 3dmax, lumion, piranesi, sketchup, art lantis. The model is a dell inspiron i5 and intel hd graphics card, 4gb ram, 640 gigabtyes of space. ive researched a bit and it says i need a dedicated 1 gb(minimum) graphic card, can i buy one online? Thank you for your time.

Lumion specifications are clear to function.
Minimum system requirements
OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32 - or 64-bit) and DirectX 9.0c or later
System memory: 3GB (for simple scenes)
Graphics card: NVidia GeForce 9800 GTX or similar ATI / AMD, with at least 1GB memory

Recommended system requirements
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
System memory: At least 6GB
Graphics card: NVidia 460GTX / ATI 5850 or faster, with at least 1GB memory

does not work on Intel graphics cards. and I tried it on an Intel and I feel the same.
