Should I Upgrade my Video Card?

I have an 870 Extreme3 Mobo with an AMD 955 BE and an HD 5770 Video Card.

I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading my video card?

Guess I should mention my screen res is 1440x900 the native res for my monitor.

what card do have in mind? for your res 5770 can handle most of the game out there with good graphical setting

Nothing really in mind. Would like to play Witcher 2 with Ultra settings and run at more 30 FPS, but at the moment I get 15FPS. On high I currently get 30 FPS but it's still a bit "slow" as I can see the screen move slowly when turning around and such.

the game was really hard on gpu even on high. even with my setup i got average around 25-30 (1600x900). you need a good card if you want to run the game on ultra setting with acceptable frame rates. maybe something like GTX560Ti or HD6950 will do the job but you will need to OC you cpu since at your resolution the cpu bottleneck will are much more noticeable

Hmm, could the CPU be bottlenecking it now as I'm running it at stock speeds but know I can at least OC it to a 965BE since it's a revision 3 CPU.
