G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH

this is the ram that i currently have

i was thinking about getting the asus sabertooth z77 but found out i would have to OC it?(i dont really like to sacrifice lifespans)

does anyone know a good reliable <400dollars Mobo that would be able to run the ram at a good efficiency?

Solution
Supported RAM speed is determined by the processor. Currently AMD or Intel do not exceed 1866MHz as a standard frequency on the memory controller. In order to run that RAM at 2133 MHz you will be doing some slight overclocking. It won't threaten the lifespan of your components if you just make sure you have the correct settings in the BIOS for that RAM. Your timings should be set to 9-11-11-30 @ 1.6V, although your motherboard should be able to load the XMP/AMP Profile.
