Is this memory compatible with this mobo?

Yes, the motherboard appears okay.

*I assume you're aware it's a micro-ATX board, not a full ATX board? The only difference is you lose a slot or two. ONLY buy a micro-ATX board if you get a micro-ATX case (not as TALL). Otherwise, get a full ATX board instead.

RAM:
You can go to the Motherboard support site and check the list of approved RAM, however in general most DDR3 shoud work fine.

Points on RAM:
- ensure motherboard BIOS is up to date
- use the "XMP" profile in your BIOS and verify the 1600MHz and proper TIMINGS when you do so (then SAVE)
- run MEMTEST ( www.memtest.org ) or use the Windows 7 memory diagnostic

SUMMARY:
- micro-ATX or ATX ?
- RAM compatibility list
- BIOS setup

I wasn't aware that was a micro-ATX. Do you know any good ATX boards aroung this price?
