So I have some extra cash and was going to upgrade my current computer.

Right now these are my specs:

Case: HAF 912
CPU: Intel i2500K stock speed
GPU: EVGA Superclocked GTX 570HD
RAM: 16GB (4x4) Kingston HyperX 1333 Mhz
PSU: 1000W CoolerMaster Silent Pro
MB: Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3-B3
CPU cooler: Asetek 510LC
HDD/SSD: 120GB Kingston HyperX SSD + Seagate 7200RPM 1TB

I was already planning on upgrading the case and CPU cooler to the NZXT Phantom and Corsair H80i, respectively. My question is, would it be worth the money to upgrade the motherboard?

I was looking at these two motherboards:
ASRock Z77 Extreme4: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
ASUS P8Z77-V: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you have any other motherboards feel free to post the links!
