You can always get a dedicated GPU if you really need one later, but the HD3000 is surprisingly good for a great many things. Also, the i3 will better support a GPU than the pentium if you find that you really need to get one.
That case is very similar to mine, I think you will like it for the price Fill that puppy with low RPM 120mm fans and you get some really good silent cooling.
