Budget: $500-600
Use : as above in title
No: O/C,SLI,Crossfire,movie downloads,on line games, etc.
Have: 1440x900 flat screen,mouse,keyboard,speakers

If all you are doing is movies and low res gaming you could likely get away with an i3 with HD3000 graphics and be just fine:
You can always get a dedicated GPU if you really need one later, but the HD3000 is surprisingly good for a great many things. Also, the i3 will better support a GPU than the pentium if you find that you really need to get one.

That case is very similar to mine, I think you will like it for the price :)  Fill that puppy with low RPM 120mm fans and you get some really good silent cooling.

Rest of the build looks fine for what you are doing. Good job!
