Laptop typing errors

My laptop, Win. 7, mistypes certain characters with Incredimail, but not on my PC, using Incredimail. I've reset "language' and turned off "number lock". Anyone?

Just solved. Uncheck "last language used" "tools", "options","language".

I kow I have problems with my wrists or palms setting off the touchpad while I type. I found an option to disable the touchpad while typing in the touchpad control panel.
