Permanently change printer ip address

Hello,
My wireless printer has a permanent IP address but since I have changed broadband providers I do not know how to change this to the new network. The printer cannot be detected on wireless. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks

No I am using the same router.
My last printer was problematic so HP fixed the IP address on the network.
I have since changed network provider and printer and I am still getting the same problem.
Do you know how to fix this?

Use the printer's configuration software, usually used with a USB connection.
