I just got the corsair vengeance 2x4 1600MHz CL9 (not yet used), but it is now thought to sell them to get the G.Skill CL8, which cost me 20 euro more

I would like to know how much effect on performance in the game? how many fps range?

Effectively, none... Not one frame... So don't bother. CL9 is fine.

Never seen a bench showing a meaningful real world difference. Save your money.

As everyone else is saying there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in gaming b/w cl8 and cl9 so get the CL9 kit.

I hear there is one small difference in a nanosecond or at least a change in heavy games.

So in theory there is only a small change in fps? or is simply slower than even a little? and this slight difference may affect the performance of the pro graming fps arena?

The difference is small enough not to have ANY effect. Think of it like this, older RAM use to be lower than CL7.

How are we getting BETTER performance than back then?
