im upgrading my computer i need to know what mobo will work with or would be the cheeper and work with this cpu (AMD FX-8150 FX 8-Core Black Edition Processor (FD8150FRGUBOX) / with windows 7 ultimate 64bit

The GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 is cheaper but good, ASUS Sabertooth 990FX is better but a little expensive.

The ram should work on both boards.

will i have to flash the bios to run the 8150 on either mobos or should it work right out of the box or should i wait because of the problems people are having

For the sabertooth, several verified owners said they had to flash bios first.

ok will this board work or does it have to be a 990 chip set (ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AMD 970 & SB950 ATX DDR3 800 AMD - AM3+ Motherboard )

you dont need a 990 chip set to run a fx cpu. I use that asrock 970 extreme 3 mother board but i have a phenom ii x4 980. Reviews on newegg and amazon from verified owners claim that their fx cpus work right out of the box.

AN AM3+ socket is req. to run a fx cpu. If you're not gonna crossfire/SLI then a 970 chipset should work fine, they got similar Overclocking capabilities.
ASRock 970 EXTREME3 & Asus M5A97 evo are good choices.
For crossfire/SLI a 990FX board is recommended.
