they sell hdd caddies online for around £15/$30 or so
you want one that can take a 3.5" drive
you can buy these on amazon and many other computer stores
if the pc's work then you can simply take hdd out of laptop and put it in the pc
boot of the pc hdd and copy the data to the laptop hard drive then put back in your laptop as a cheap way of doing it
personally though i would recomend using a hard drive caddy
there are cheaper or more expensive ones but this is the first one i found after a quick search
