If you're looking at the 560Ti as a GPU, see if you can go for the limited edition 448 core version...not too much pricier and a better performer. Only caveat is that if you are thinking of going SLI, get 2 of them as they really as limited edition.

We don't have that ASRock board available in India, any other suggestions on the board?
Also is the EVGA card better than MSI Twin Frozr II?

Off the top of my head, I don't think so, as I picked the MSI one due to it being the best at the time (with the possible exception of the Gigabyte Superclocked).
