I have 2 BFG SC 9800gtx+ SLI; keeping in mind that each card is 1gb of ram. Its 2gb total. Is it worth to upgrade to get Direct X 11.0?

No it's not, it's only 1GB total.

Mousemonkey is correct.Even though they are in SLI they just mirror each other.So you only get 1GB of VRAM total.

Those are still very powerful cards but todays standards(a little old but still powerful).If your happy with the fps your getting then I don't see any need to upgrade just for DX11.Unless you have money to spend.

So whats the main differences bettween DirectX 9.0c and 11?

Tessellation.DX11 makes everything have more texture like it's more "real".Where as DX9 has straight edges.It adds more pop to things.
