The 1st two don't offer ya a full 3 year warranty so if that's troubling, then they outta the picture...the 1st and 3rd are micro ATX boards designed for mini cases giving up features in the deal. These are the boards I most use

$150 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131771
$190 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131792
$210 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131790
$225 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131714

Options 1 and 3 are micro ATX boards (mATX). mATX boards are smaller and more compact, and typically do not do SLI/CF very well because of that. Unless you have a very small case, you are better off with a standard ATX board, which is what option 2 is.
