Why is my PC so loud?

Hi! My PC sounds like a jet engine. Is there any possible way of reducing the noise? Please don't suggest removing case fans unless that is the only possible way. My configuration is on the left but I'll post the more specific fan details here.

CM HAF 912 case
2xCM Sickleflow 120mm intake fans (front) - 69CFM at 19dB-A (each fan)
1xCM stock 120mm case fan on side as intake - around 60CFM at probably greater than 25dB-A (educated guess)
1xCM stock 120mm case fan as exhaust (rear) - same fan as above
1xCM Megaflow 200mm case fan as exhaust (top) - 110CFM at 19dB-A
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler

All my fans are running at 100% since the case fans are connected via molex adapters and since I don't have a fan controller they are forced at 100%. The CPU cooler doesn't make much of a difference in noise whether I set it on automatic fan control or not so I have left it at 100% for max cooling. Any good suggestions for reducing the loud noise would be appreciated. I know I should be expecting more noise from a modernized PC, but this is a bit too loud. It sounds like a heater furnace if you were to stand right next to it! :(

My mobo has room for two case fans using 3-pin connectors. I chose my top fan and rear fan for those connectors but regardless of if I use fan control, the decrease in fan percentage doesn't really do anything at all for the noise. The noise comes mainly from my side and two front fans which are connected by molex so I guess I need a fan controller or something to manage that.

I know this may be a dumb question, but can all my fans including my stock ones be controlled by a fan controller? As some can only either be at 100% or 0% to my knowledge.

+1^ Yes the case fans can!

I think your mobo will still need the cpu cooler plugged in.

Yes, but I don't really mind because even at 100%, my CPU cooler fan is pretty silent. Only the other case fans are a problem. :)

One last question...will all or at least most of these fan controllers be compatible with my fans as some fan controllers specify that they are only compatible with fans of the same manufacturer (for example, SilverStone fan controllers with SilverStone fans.)

I hear turning them off makes them quieter :D

Um...I know that...I didn't want that answer unless it was the only one, which wasn't the case if you read the thread as I can install a fan controller. So what is your point?
