Shut down woes

Hi guys. Ive been having this intermittent issue since I built it in August. The system runs phenomenal besides this. About half the time I turn my computer on, it starts up for about 10 seconds, the monitor does not turn on and then it shuts down. It automatically reboots itself and then starts windows without a problem. Im wondering if this is a psu issue. Here is my current rig:

asus maximus extreme 4
i7 2600k (clocked to 4.4)
2 gtx 580s
titanium hd soundcard
850 w corsair psu
crucial m4 128 gb ssd
g skill 8gb ram
hp zr30w monitor
haf-x case

The Asus boards had problems with double booting with an earlier bios version but I think that's been all cleared up. Try flashing your bios to the latest version which is ver. 1101.

Awesome, the link details the exact issue Im having. Ill try flashing the bios. If i flash my bios I assume my overclock settings clear? anything else clear out?

tried doing as the link suggested, no luck.. still occasionally (50% of time) getting the double boot issue
