Hi this is my first time posting here but my friend recommended the sight for me. I have been thing of upgrading from my old ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard to a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. It seemed like a relatively good motherboard and is part of a bundle deal from MicroCenter.
Now the main thing I am concerned with is the FSB. The ASUS P6T has a FSB of QPI 6.4GT/S and the GB has a FSB of 2600MHz Hyper Transport (5200 MT/s). I have no idea what any of that means being a non-techie. If anyone could help out and explain, I would much appreciate it.
