Usb device conflicting with wireless card

on my laptop the wireless card works fine and the usb's work fine but as soon as i plug in a usb device witht the internet connection running. it cuts of the wireless connection. and again when i refresh the wireless connection the usb device loses connection. can u help

but it is wired to the vehicle and not connected wirelessly

does the USB device show up as a Network Device in the Device Manager?

it seems that the OS thinks it is a network device. The OS can only manage one network device at a time and therefore disables the other.
