Trying to upload video a stream to veetle...... get video but no audio

Forum Graphics & Displays : Diamond Multimedia Trying to upload video a stream to veetle...... get video but no audio

Hello. I am trying to upload a stream using a TV capture device and veetle.com

Here are my system specs

Dell Optiplex 760
dual core processor - 3.0 Ghz
Windows 7 professional, 64 bit
8 gigs of DDR2 memory
video card(something good and new, can't remember which)
video capture device - USB style Diamond VC500 -- http://www.diamondmm.com/VC500.php

I loaded the veetle software onto my computer. When I try to broadcast I get a preview window. The video stream is fine but I do not get any audio stream.

Also, when people open my veetle page with their internet browser they get my video stream just fine but no audio whatsoever.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Please help!

Thanks,

TC

in your streaming software (veetle) try to find where the audio device is selected
and let me know what the options for audio devices are
also in control panel-sound-recording-see what options there are and report back
