...I have 2 of these and while there is no shader unlock they are highly over-clockable. I set my voltage to 1.149 and I hit 940/1375 easy.

two 6950's easily beat a gtx 580.

From what I gather the top two cards come with factory unlocks... just check the reviews at Newegg and decide for yourself... basically 6070's at a discount...
