I've decided on getting the 3750k i5 because from what I can tell it's the best bang for your buck at the moment (correct me if i'm wrong I don't want to waste any money here) but all the 1155 socket motherboard I find on newegg have mixed reviews and I don't know which one to get. I want to stay under $200.

Asus maximus v gene if you are going to be gaming as it is made for gamers, or if you want just a simple motherboard go with a asus p8z77-v lk, I always recommend asus as they have the best autooverclocking software, can get a i5 3570k @ 4.4ghz easy. It's called tpu switch if you want to look more into it
