Gateway will not turn on after i took apart and cleaned it

I recently took apart my gateway 838gm to clean out the dust because the fan was loud, I put it back together and now when I turn it I'm the power light on the front comes on, but nothing happens. Amy suggestions?

Check all of the cabling.

It will give you a good idea of where all the cables go.
