AMD FX 4100 Zambezi 3.6ghz Comparability Help

Hi I Was wondering if these things will work together. And if the Ram will unlock the 4th core of the processor also if it will run smoothly.

The RAM don't unlock nothing. The motherboard does the unlock. But your FX -4100 is a full quad core , is nothing to unlock. The CPU's that can be unlocked are 960T quad core in five or six core , some tri core from AMD in quad core and some dual core in tri or quad core.
The parts what you choosed are compatible. Any of those RAM's will work with your mobo.
