Some questions about the APEX MI-100 case

The XFX website is saying a 400W PSU for that HD 6670 and that case has a 250W PSU.
Also, looks like it needs a true single slot graphics card and the HD 6670 look oversized - even the narrow ones.

I've seen that graphics card, but what you've told be doesn't answer my questions.   Look at the questions I asked.

1. No. You couldn't figure that out from my first post?
2. GPU cooling might not be fixable. "the cooling fan is right against a solid blank case wall"
And there is no place to mount a fan in that case.

SilverStone SG05 looks to be a better match.

Actually, what might be the minimum of wattage I might need for the 6670, and what is the minimum aperage I'll need on the +12V rail? Also, would my build bottleneck with this setup and also work?:

CPU: Core i3-530
Mobo: ZOTAC H55ITX-C-E
RAM: Patriot 2x2GB DDR3-1333
SSD: Intel X25-M Mainstream 80GB
HDD: Hitachi 250GB 7200rpm
Case and PSU: Rosewill R363-M-BK with 400W PSU
GPU: SAPPHIRE 100326DDR3L HD 6670 1GB
