Hey I am stuck on what RAM to get for my build:

the price difference for them is only about £5

Low latency is good, and those kits all have the same nominal bandwidth, so I suggest you go with the first one - it's tied with the third for timings, but the low profile means it's less likely to interfere with large cpu coolers in case you decide to get one.

And you might want to consult with QVL for ram. You should be able to download it from ASRock.
