Having troubles upgrading my pre built system!!

I recently purchased this pre built system -

Now I was going to upgrade the GPU and PS to increase the quality of gaming and videos. I purchased this GPU and PS -

After installing the GPU and ps I went and updated my drivers from MSI.

Heres where I'm running into problems. I've disabled but not un installed the on board card. Now with my monitor hooked up to the new card I'm only getting standard VGA and my new card isn't being displayed.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Maybe I'm missing something when I'm in the bios but the only option I have under "video" is something about dual display/monitor.

Should it already be in there? would an updated bios change it?
